In 2021, women began a mass exodus from the workplace between the ongoing caregiving crisis and overwhelming demands at work. I created the Future of Women at Work Social with the mission to create a safe space for connection while also discussing what the future of work may look like for women. 
  
Sponsored by Forbes and Arlan Hamilton's new company HireRunner, we gathered leaders from companies like Adobe, Visa, DoorDash, Mattel, and more in their first Future of Work Social. The party resulted in over 1000+ RSVPs, a boost in brand awareness for The Mentor Method, and lifelong connections.
